Needs Analysis

Our first priority is addressing the individual challenges of our partners as promptly as possible. In a short meeting (max. 1-2 hours), we listen to your concrete requirements, present appropriate solutions and agree on the parameters of our collaboration going forward (IT, data protection).

Setup & Briefing

Following on from the needs analysis, we gather suitable recruiters and/or teams together and coordinate the initial process of getting to know one another between the business, recruiting managers and on-demand recruiters. A detailed briefing guarantees the perfect start and ensures our partners can get the most out of the collaboration.

Recruiting & Hiring
